The H&M Membership is a digital loyalty programme where you accumulate spending, both in store and online. You can unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more. Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member. You will find all your orders from store and online purchases in your membership account by clicking 'Orders' menu.

You collect rewards through qualifying member activities and purchases. Details may vary by market and loyalty setup.

Your rewards are available in your member account once you are logged in.

All your purchases in-store and online will be accumulated. You must reach ฿15,000 to upgrade to Plus member status. It will take up to 30 days to reflect your new tier status.

You will find your latest vouchers on your account page. Your voucher can be redeemed both at the checkout online by selecting 'Redeem Online', or in store by selecting 'Redeem In-store'.

• All vouchers will not be refunded / reissued if it were redeemed. (One-time redemption only)
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase H&M gift cards and some selected items and collections.
• Limit 1 member voucher per 1 receipt.
• Screenshot of voucher is not allowed.

As a H&M Member, you will receive two birthday vouchers for two orders:

1. Online Order at th.hm.com or H&M App – Core Members will get 15% off (no maximum discount cap); Plus Members will get 25% off (no maximum discount cap).
2. In-store Order at H&M or H&M Home – Core Members will get 15% off (maximum discount of 1,500 THB); Plus Members will get 25% off (maximum discount of 3,000 THB).

The vouchers will be issued to your account on the first date of your birth month. The voucher is valid for 31 days from the issue date.

Terms & Conditions: Valid on full-priced items only, excludes Designer Collection.

Voucher timing can vary. Make sure your account details are complete and check the terms for each reward.

The voucher may be expired, may not apply to the items in your bag, or may not meet the purchase requirements.

Once you unlock the Plus level, you'll keep this tier status for the remainder of the current membership year and for the entire next membership year as well. Your Plus membership will only expire if your total accumulation (฿) is less than ฿15,000 in one full membership year.

Example: You become a member on 1 September 2024. You get upgraded to Plus tier on 1 October 2024. You will keep your Plus status until 31 August 2026. To continue as a Plus member after that, you need to accumulate spending (฿) at least ฿15,000 between 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2026.

Your receipts and purchase history are available in your account where supported.

You can select your 20% off welcome offer in your account and click "Redeem Online" to add the reward to your shopping bag. It will automatically be applied at the checkout page.

Your digital membership card is available in your member account or the H&M app where supported.

No, your H&M Membership is currently only valid in Thailand.
