Choose to pick up at the store at checkout. You will receive a confirmation via text message and email. Your package will arrive at the selected store within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. Customers can come to pick up the product within 30 days from the date the store receives your product. Please bring the confirmation email specifying the order number when you collect your item(s).

If you did not pick up the package yourself but to another person to pick up instead Please verify that this person has the order details including his/her ID card. (Original or copy) and wait for a call back from the shop during the pickup to confirm that this person can receive your package.
