RETURN & REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good condition and with all the labels attached, unwashed and unworned merchandise, just remember to keep the receipt.

All sales and promotional items, accessories, underwear/ swimwear bottoms, socks and tights cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that our Return policy may differ for Designer and Special collections.

You are always welcome to return items within 30 days to all H&M stores in Thailand. All returns in store are free. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your return slip along with the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund: You will be refunded to the same payment method you used at the purchase.

The delivery fee will be refunded only when a complete order is returned. Please allow up to 30 days for your transaction to process.

Exchange: We do not offer exchange in store for any items purchased online.

You are always welcome to return items within 30 days to our warehouse in Thailand. In order to do this, you will need to make arrangements to deliver your item to our warehouse. You can easily arrange for a courier for your return by yourself via any Thai courier service portal.

To return your online purchase to our warehouse, you will need to send your return form filled along with the item(s) you wish to return.

We have provided you a sticker in the package with the warehouse address. This can be used when you return to the warehouse.

We do not accept returns from overseas. Please note that any returns outside Thailand received from our end may ask you to pay for a custom's duty fee.
