SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Items ordered in Thailand can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Thailand.

H&M is cooperating with Kerry Express in Thailand.

You can choose as following options:

STANDARD DELIVERY PACKAGE:

We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days (Bangkok) and 2-5 working days (outside Bangkok) after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays.

CLICK & COLLECT:

You can also use our Click & Collect service, just select Pick-up in store in the checkout. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will arrive to the selected store within 1-3 working days, Monday-Saturday, except public holidays. You have 30 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the H&M store, just remember to bring your order details (printed copy or the email received from us showing the order number), as well as a copy of you ID or your original ID, as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.

If you are not picking up the parcel yourself but delegate the pick-up to another person, please ensure this person carries the order details as well as his / her ID (copy or original), and please ensure that you are available on the phone at the time of pick-up, as we will require to check on the phone with you that this person can pick-up your parcel.

Pick-up in store is available in all stores in Thailand.

We offer you the following delivery options:

Delivery to your home address: Select the Delivery Service option and enter your address during checkout. Make sure to check the "Delivery" box and provide your home address accurately.

Delivery to an alternative address: Select the Delivery Service option and enter the address where you want the order delivered during checkout. Ensure the "Delivery" box is checked and the delivery address is entered correctly.

Pick-up in store: Select the Click & Collect option and choose the H&M store in Thailand where you would like to pick up your order. Click and collect service available at all H&M store in Thailand.

You can buy online and collect your order in a designated H&M store. It's free for all orders whatever the amount.

In the checkout, you simply select the Pick-up in store option. You will receive confirmation by email. Your parcel will then arrive to the selected store within 1- 5 working days, Monday-Saturday, except public holidays.

After 30 days, any uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified by email. You will also receive a return confirmation when the parcel reaches our warehouse and your refund will be processed. For full info about returns and refunds please go to Returns.
