These terms and conditions apply to H&M Online e-Voucher purchased via our business partner or on th.hm.com ('H&M Online e-Voucher'). By purchasing H&M Online e-Voucher, you accept these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). H&M reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at th.hm.com.

H&M Online e-Voucher can be used in online at th.hm.com. You can use the H&M Online e-Voucher to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by H&M Online e-Vouchers you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please read more in the Payment section at th.hm.com.

If you order your H&M Online e-Vouchers via our business partner, your order and payment will be processed and your credit/debit card statement will show H&M Online e-Vouchers Purchase.

If you order your H&M Online e-Vouchers via online at th.hm.com, Please read more in the Payment section at th.hm.com.

We will e-mail you the H&M Online e-Vouchers code. Please ensure you provide us with a valid email address when registering.

You are obligated to provide a correct e-mail address for delivery. If the e-mail address you have provided cannot be confirmed H&M reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the H&M Online e-Vouchers.

Please note that H&M Online e-Vouchers via our business partner may apply different values than online. You cannot increase the value of your H&M Online e-Voucher code.

The H&M Online e-Vouchers can be used only once. Any remaining balance of the H&M Online e-Voucher will not be reimbursed.

H&M Online e-Vouchers code are valid for 1 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the H&M Online e-Vouchers code cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on H&M Online e-Vouchers first. For example, if you paid for your order with H&M Online e-Vouchers code and credit card, we will first refund you on the H&M Online e-Vouchers. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with H&M Online e-Vouchers, the rest will be refunded on the credit card. Read more here.

The H&M Online e-Vouchers will be sent to you by email when the return is complete. If you return items purchased online, you will be refunded in the same way as if you had returned the items using our online return process, as long as the return is made within the 30-day return period. H&M cannot be held liable for H&M Online e-Vouchers once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your H&M Online e-Vouchers as cash.
